Pot Roast & Mashed Potatoes
Season both sides of the roast with oregano, thyme, salt & pepper. Sear each side of the roast for five minutes

Add chopped onions~cook and cover 4 minutes stirring occasionally

Place the 1 pound carrots and roast on top of the onion & carrots

ADD 1/2 cup chicken broth

Place the wire rack on top of the roast. Then place potatoes, broth, and garlic in the ceramic pot. Top with butter and garlic 🧄 🥔🧄🥔🧄

Lock the lid & select the beef/pork setting and press start🚨🚨
