Potato Cheese Croquettes Using Leftover Vegetable Stew
Heat up leftover sabzi (alu palak) in a pan and dry out all the water

Mix in a boiled potato, 1 teaspoon chaat masala, adjust salt by tasting, add 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese and mix

Make croquettes out of the potato mixture and coat in the following order; roll in flour, egg and then breadcrumbs

Deep fry till golden brown!
