Potato Chip-Crusted Chicken Tenders
Crush 2-8 oz bags kettle chips in food processor.

Add 3/4 c light brown sugar.

Gather spices.

Add 2 tbsp paprika, 1 tsp garlic powder, 2 tsp pepper.

Also add 2 tsp salt & 1 tsp Cajun seasoning. Mix.

In cooking tray, add 1 c flour & 1 tsp sugar; mix.

In 2nd cooking tray, add 2-3 eggs.

Add 1 tsp water to eggs, then whisk.

Add breading mixture to 3rd cooking tray.

Pat chicken dry. Trim with kitchen shears if needed.

Spray air fryer tray with oil.

Dredge chicken in flour, egg & breading.

3-4 tenders will fit on one tray.

Add a side to the 2nd tray, like tots & carrot coins.

Add both trays to air fryer.

Cook on air fryer setting for 15-18 mins.

When air fryer beeps halfway through, switch trays.

While chicken is cooking, bread remaining tenders for later.
Refrigerate or freeze uncooked, breaded tenders in air-tight container.
Save the extra breading in an air-tight container.
Chicken is cooked when it reaches 165°.
