Boil potato to well done

Once done peel off the skin

Mash them with the help of masher

Add the spices and cheese and mix well

Add handfull of fresh coriander leaves give it a good mix

Place the spring roll sheet in a diamond shape. Place filling 1 tsp. Wrap spring roll as shown

Fry the rolls on medium high till they turn golden brown

Once fry take them out on a kitchen pepper

Serve with a hot cup of chai and enjoy the crunch
