750 g prawn cleaned,1/2 tsp red chilli powder,1/2 tsp red chilli flakes,1 tsp coriander seeds and 1 tsp coriander powder , stock powder 1 tsp,salt πŸ‘‰πŸ‘‰
πŸ‘‰to taste,3-4 green chillies crushed, 1 tsp Chinese salt, 2 large onions and tomatoes chopped, 1.5 tbsp ginger n garlic paste, 1 tsp caraway seeds.
Boil 2 large fried red chillies amd blend them into a paste. Can alter according to spice level or omit this step.
Boil the cleaned and deveined prawns in water for 2 mins and drain and set aside.
fry the onions, followed by ginger garlic paste for 2 mins and then add tomatoes and all the dried spices ,green chilli paste cook till oil separates
Then add the red chilli paste and 1 tsp of caraway seeds check salt levels and add the boiled prawns in the gravy.
Cook prawns for 2-3 mins only else will get rubbery. Add 1/3 cup boiled water some fresh curry leaves and chopped green chilli and coriander
Cover with a lid and let it simmer on medium flame for a minute to get a think gravy.
