Pressure Cooker Butter Bean Soup

4 Cups Chicken broth
16 Oz Large Lima Beans
2 Cups Water
2 Celery Stalks Diced
1 Tsp Garlic Powder
2 Carrots (diced)
1 Small Onion
Pampered Chef Quick Cooker
Nylon straining Ladle
Let’s get Cooking!
Add 1 diced onion, 2 diced celery stalks, 2 diced carrots, and 1 tsp garlic powder to pot
Add a 16 Oz bag of Large Lima Beans (rinsed and sorted). No need to soak overnight.
Add chopped ham (I use 1/2 lb of ham steak), 4 cups chicken broth and 2 cups water
Set pressure cooker to Beans setting and adjust time to 60 minutes. Make sure it is set to sealed position
When time is up, immediately release the pressure
Remove with your straining ladle the Ham Bone and enjoy!
