Pressure Cooker Cheesecake
Add 1 sleeve of graham crackers to the Manual Food Processor.

Pump to create graham cracker crumbs!

Add 3/4 C Crushed graham crackers, 2 T melted butter & 2 T of sugar.

Pour mixture into springform pan.

Press graham cracker mix firmly into bottom of pan.

Mix 2 packages of softened Cream Cheese until smooth.

Add 1 T Cornstarch, 1 t vanilla, 2 eggs and a 1/2 C of sugar. Mix until blended then pour over crust

Pour filling on top and crust & cover with foil. Then add 1 C water to your pressure cooker.

Insert trivet and then lower springform pan in using the cradle. Then put the lid on.

Select Dessert setting and push start.

Release steam for ten minutes then remove to cool. Once cooled refrigerate 3-24 hours.

Add your favorite topping and serve!
