Pressure Cooker Pineapple Pork Carnitas
Add 2-3 pounds pork shoulder roast to pot (cut into smaller if needed)

Add 2-3 sliced bell peppers

Add 1 large onion, sliced

Add diced green chilies (for mild) or diced jalapeños (for spicy)

Add 20 ounce can pineapple chunks with juice

Secure lid and set to cook on manual, high pressure for 40 minutes

Allow pressure to naturally release. Shred meat with tongs or two forks.
