Pressure Cooker Sour Cream Pork Chops
Here’s what you’ll need.

Season pork chops with Pampered Chef’s Seasoning Salt, pepper & Himalayan salt, set aside.

Cut onions into slim wedges.

Set cooker to Saute, add butter and cook onions until softened.

Push onions to the side and add chops to brown.

Add broth & Worcestershire sauce, deglaze bottom of pot. Cook for 8 min., natural release for 5 min.

Remove chops, thicken on Saute with preferred thickener. Switch off, add sour cream.

Stir well and pour over chops.

Serve with mashed potatoes.
