Pretty Thai Beef Stroganoff

Add oil to a pan and cook garlic on medium high heat.

Next, add in the onion, salt & leek. Sauté until browned. Remove from the pan & set aside.

Next sauté the mushrooms. Deglaze with red wine & Dijon. Add a 1/4 cup Peanut Sauce. Mix.

Add in the cooked & drained ground beef, Pat Thai Sauce & seasoning salt.

Add the sautéed onions & leeks back into the pan. Next, add the peppers & coconut milk.

Let simmer for about 8 minutes.

Add 1/2 cup Peanut Sauce, the ground beef mixture & basil to the cooked noodles.

Tear extra basil on top & sprinkle with Thai Chili Powder.
