Prosciutto Wrapped Pork Tenderloin
What you'll need
Butter
Rice
Garlic
Onion
Fennel
White Wine
Sage
Rosemary
Pork Tenderloin
Prosciutto
Yukon Gold Potatoes
On a piece of parchment paper, arrange prosciutto slices in an overlapping fashion. Top with sage.

Place pork on top and spread stuffing on top, leaving a 1 inch border.

Roll up the pork and tie in intervals with twine to secure.

Roast in 400 degree oven until temperature reaches 145 degrees, about 1 hour.
