Protein Dalgona Coffee!

Add equal portions of instant coffee, Ancient Nutrition multi-collagen protein, and hot water.

I used 1 heaping Tbsp each. I mix slightly by hand and then with the hand blender.

It takes about a minute with the hand blender for the mixture to froth nicely.

You’ll see the mixture start to thicken, get creamy, and the color will get lighter.

You’ll end up with this beautiful, creamy, whipped texture.

You can serve this over any type of milk. Hot or cold works. Pour it on top.

I used unsweetened vanilla almond milk, crushed ice, and sugar free Torani syrup.

If you like cinnamon, sprinkle a little (or a lot!) on top. It gives it an extra touch of flavor.
