Protein Powered Mixed Berry & Chia Seed Jam
Assemble your ingredients: Mixed berries, honey, lime, ginger and chia seeds.

Add the berries to a pan and warm gently.

Add the honey or choosen sweetener.

Add some lime zest and a little juice to taste.

Add some grated ginger root.

Mix it all about and add the chia seeds.

Cook for 1 minute and transfer to a bowl to chill. Taste and adjust the balance with a little extra sweetener or lime juice.

And there it is.. 5 minutes to make this healthy - protein powered jam. Add it to your cereals, pancakes or smoothies!
