Protein Waffles Recipe
Spray your waffle maker with cooking spray and heat to the highest level

In a large bowl, whisk together cottage cheese, egg, melted butter, and unsweetened vanilla almond milk

In a separate bowl, whisk together oat flour, vanilla whey protein powder, baking powder and salt

Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until combined

Fill a lightly heaping 2/3 cup measuring cup with the batter and pour onto the griddle spreading out slightly

Cook to desired level of crispy-ness (I like mine 2 cycles in the waffle maker)

Top as desired and DEVOUR!
