Protein-Packed Vegan Chocolate Tofu Pudding
What you'll need
16 ounces
Silken Tofu
1/3 cup
Cacao Powder
1 tablespoon
Instant Coffee
2 teaspoons
Vanilla Extract
1/4 cup
Maple Syrup
Add the tofu, cacao powder, instant coffee, vanilla extract and pinch of salt to food processor.
If you don’t have instant coffee, you can substitute 1 tablespoon brewed espresso
Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides of the food processor as needed.
For best results, transfer to a bowl and chill for at least 30 minutes before enjoying.
