Pulled Butter Chicken Burger
Pressure cook chicken with water, garlic cloves, pepper and salt for 4 whistles on med flame.

Let the chicken come to room temperature, shred the chicken using a fork and keep it aside.

Heat 2tbsp butter in a pan, add sliced onions and fry until golden brown.

Now add cashews and ginger garlic paste. Fry for 1-2 minutes.

Add chopped tomatoes.

Stir well and let it cook for 4-5 minutes.

Add red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and garam masala powder. Combine well.

Bring the mixture to a simmer and let it cook for 8-10 minutes until the tomatoes turn soft.

Transfer the paste into a blender.

Blend it into fine paste.

Return the paste to the cooking pan over medium heat.

Add the shredded chicken. Mix well.

Stir in the heavy whipped cream and kasuri methi.

Combine well and cook for 2-3 min.Garnish with chopped cilantro.

Assemble the burger by spreading chicken mixture on toasted buns, top it with coleslaw and serve.
