Pumpkin Bread With Streusel Topping
For streusel: 1/4c butter cold, 1/4c brown sugar, tsp cinnamon, 2/3c flour, optional nuts

bread: 2 eggs, 2tsp bpowder, tsp cinnamon,1/2c butter melted, 1.5c sugar, 2.25c flour, 15oz pumpkin

Streusel:mix together flour, brown sugar & cinnamon

Add in your cold butter

Mix in the butter till the butter is small chunks

Once mixed put in the fridge to firm up

Time to start the pumpkin batter! Mix all dry ingredients together

In a separate bowl mix all the wet and sugar!

Add one whole 15oz can of puréed pumpkin to the wet & mix in

Add the wet to dry

Fold till just combined

add your batter to two 9x4 pans & top with your streusel

Bake at 350F for 30-35 minutes depending on your oven

Let your loafs cool completely

Wrap tightly in plastic wrap and let loafs sit overnight to develop a deeper flavor
