Pumpkin Cheesecake Squares
Start with 8oz. softened cream cheese

Add 1/2 cup sugar and whisk until blended

Add 15oz. packed pumpkin and 2 eggs

Add 1 T. each of flour and Cinnamon Plus seasoning

Whisk until blended

Place one shortbread cookie into each (oiled) well of the Brownie Pan

Use the Mix N Chop to crush up another 8 shortbread cookies

Fill each well with a large scoop of pumpkin filling

Sprinkle crushed cookies on top

Bake at 350F for 18-20 minutes (until edges pull away from sides)

Remove from pan using the Cake Releaser and Mini Nylon Serving Spatula

Top with whipped cream and dig in! :)
