Add chickpeas, pumpkin, cashew butter, maple syrup, spices, vanilla & salt to food processor

Process until mostly smooth

Scrape down the sides as needed

Add coconut flour & pulse until dough forms a loose ball

Transfer dough to a bowl & add chocolate chips

Mix with a spatula to combine

Scoop out onto a parchment lined baking sheet
