Pumpkin Creme Brûlée
bring heavy cream + vanilla bean to a simmer

whisk together eggs, light brown sugar, cinnamon + pumpkin purée

slowly add the heavy cream to the egg mixture and whisk until combined

divide the custard into ramekins

sprinkle sugar to cover the top of each baked custard
5
Brûlée (burn) the sugar using a kitchen torch
6
Serve + enjoy!
