Cool bulk Italian sausage over medium heat for 6 minutes breaking it up with Mix N Chop.

Add 1 tsp thyme and cook for another 2 minutes, or until meat is no longer pink.

Cook pasta according to box directions.

When draining pasta make sure to reserve 1 cup pasta water to use as thickener in pumpkin sauce.

Then pour pasta water in slowly. Stir to combine and let simmer 2-3 minutes.
