Pumpkin Pie Crumble
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour + 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar + 1 tbsp baking powder. Stir to mix in.

Add 1 cup butter. Mix by hand to evenly mix into the ingredients.

Crumble together to form toppimg crumbles. Set aside.

Pumpkin Pie- bottom Layer: Add 2 large eggs to 2 cups of pumpkin purée. Beat to mix.

2/3 cup brown sugar + 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice+ 1 tsp cinnamon + 1 tsp vanilla. Stir to mix in.

1 cup half & half. Mix well.

Spray a 9x13 inch pan w/ nonstick spray. Add the pumpkin pie mix to the pan.

Sprinkle the topping mix crumbles on top. Bake for 1 hour @ 350 F.

Once done, remove from the oven. Delicious either warm or chilled.
