Chop garlic, onion and chunks of pumpkin

Sauté garlic + onion in butter

Throw in pumpkin and sauté for 4-5 minutes

Add 2 cups water/whey/vegetable stock. Cook for 10-15 minutes for 6-7 whistles in a cooker

Once cooled, blend it until smooth and creamy
