Pumpkin Tahini Date & Nut Bread
In a medium bowl whisk together the flour

baking soda, spices and salt

In a separate large bowl add sugar and pumpkin purée

Mix really well until smooth

Add the oil, eggs vanilla and tahini

Mix until smooth and incorporated

Then mix in the the dry ingredients

Fold in the nuts and dates

Pour batter into prepared loaf pan

Smooth out batter

Sprinkle with pumpkin seeds and sesame seeds and bake

Until golden - allow to cool in pan 10 min, remove and cool completely on rack
