Start with 1/4 cup of olive or vegetable oil and pour it into a large mixing bowl

Add 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce

Add 1 tablespoon of brown sugar

And 1 teaspoon of granulated garlic

Lastly, 1 teaspoon of black pepper. Stir it around.

Toss in some protein. Choose chicken, beef, or pork. Refrigerate for 2-4 hours before grilling.

Cook the chicken on 400F for 7 minutes per side, flipping once or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165F.
