Put the yeast, oj, eggs, oil, flour, salt, sugar, anise and orange zest into the mixer w dough hook

You'll know your dough is done by the sound of the mixer and the look and feel of the dough

Once kneaded, place the dough on floured surface or parchment and let it rest for 30 minutes

Decide how many strands you want to braid and roll each strand to same length

Get them ready for braiding by attaching them at one end and spreading out

This is a simple 3-strand braid like you would do for hair.

Apply egg wash and optional seeds before placing in the preheated oven

Bake until it sounds hollow when you tap it. Remember leftovers are perfect for French toast!
