Firstly, slice your 2-3 day old brioche

Then soak in a combination of eggs, milk, cinnamon & vanilla

Cook on one side for 3 minutes, with a knob of butter

Then flip and cook for a further 3 mins until golden

Then remove and keep warm while you cook the other slices

And begin adding your toppings!
