Quick and Easy Kale Chips
Wash kale and dry thoroughly.

Throw it in a bowl.

Add avocado oil.

Massage oil in with hands. Get a helper because they’re cute and four hands are better than two.

Add salt mix and spices of your choice. Good options include: cumin, EBTB, Elote seasoning, or just plain lemon juice.

Slide out onto sheet pan in a single layer.

Put into oven at 350F for about 15-20. Keep and eye!

Remove and think “Hey! What happened to all the kale?”

Take several picture to find the “best light” before eating.
