Quick And Easy Kofta ( Fingers & Pita Bread)
Start with mincing the onion and garlic then sift the liquids from it

Add the spices and combine everything together

Add some spicy sauce to the olive oil for a spicy pita bread Kofta , then start spreading the mix

You can also roll the mix in a huge fingers shape for a different gluten free recipe

In a hot pan with 2 tbsp of olive oil start placing the kofta

Flip them once they are golden browned

To bake the pita bread: at(450f) in an oven pan with a rack then add water so the bread doesn’t burn

Keep flipping then until they are browned from all sides, then it’s ready

So juicy, delicious and quick

And the pita bread Kofta is ready , once the meat color’s changes it should be ready
