Add 1 & 1/2lbs chicken to rockcrok and sprinkle with 2tbsp taco seasoning or chipotle rub.
Use the scoop loop to core & seed 2 bell peppers.

Use the coated utility knife to cut the bell peppers into quarters.

Use the quick slice to cut the bell peppers into strips then put them into the rockcrok.

Slice 2 onions into half moon slices and add them or the rockcrok.

Using the garlic press add 2 cloves of garlic over the veggies.

Cook in the microwave for 12-15 minutes, until chicken reaches 165 internal temp.

Warm your tortillas.
