Press sear and add 2 Tbs of Olive oil to inner pot and cook for 3 minutes.

Cut 2 onions in half and slice thinly with Santoku knife.

Add onions and salt to pot. Stir and cook for 3-5 minutes.

Press cancel and add ketchup, water, ACV, Smoky BBQ rub and stir.

Add 1-2 lbs of chicken and place wire rack with feet touching the bottom.

Add black beans and lime juice to ceramic pot. Place stretch-fit lid on and place into wire cradle.

Lower ceramic pot into inner pot and close the lid. Select poultry. Custom 7 min. Make sure not venting!

Mix together Greek yogurt, buttermilk, ACV, Dijon mustard,pepper, salt, sugar and shake to combine.

Add cole slaw to a bowl and pour half the dressing. Mix together.

Press cancel and steam release valve. Remove lid and remove when venting is done.

Remove ceramic pot, wire rack, and chicken. Select sear and press start.

Chop up chicken with the salad choppers.

Let sauce simmer for 4-5 minutes and stir occasionally.

Press cancel and add chicken back in. Stir together.

Place slaw, black beans, BBQ chicken, and any toppings you like. Yum!
