Quick Cooker Cheesecake
Add chopped strawberries into Quick Cooker

Add two tablespoons of corn starch to your strawberries

Add 1/2 cup sugar

One teaspoon of lemon juice and 2 tablespoons of water

Set Quick Cooker setting to SEAR and then press Start

Mix ingredients together

For crust start by adding Add 3/4 cups graham crackers into Manual Food Processor

Place two tablespoons of butter in microwave for ten seconds

Add graham crackers to the melted butter

Add two tablespoons of sugar

Stir your strawberry mixture every three minutes

Once your strawberry mixture looks like this hit Cancel button on your Quick Cooker

While your strawberry mixture cools add your graham cracker mixture into your spring pan

Add two blocks of softened cream cheese into a large mixing bowl

Mix with hand mixer until the cream cheese is light and fluffy

Add one teaspoon vanilla extract and 1/2 cup sugar

Add one teaspoon corn starch and two eggs

Mix with hand mixer until all ingredients are incorporated together

Remove strawberry mixture and place into a refrigerator safe container and place in fridge

Add cream cheese filling mixture into your spring pan

Cover with tin foil

Add one cup water into your clean Quick Cooker

Place wire rack into the Quick Cooker

Place spring pan into the Quick Cooker

Place lid on your Quick Cooker and set to Dessert setting and hit start

After 13 minutes of natural release press your Quick Release button on your Quick Cooker

Remove pan from Quick Cooker and let cool for 30 minutes then place in fridge for a few hours
