Quick Cooker
Set Quick Cooker to Sear and add 1 Tbsp Canola Oil

Sear Chuck Roast on all sides

While searing, finely chop onion in the Manual Food Processor

Add peperoncini juice peperoncinis, onion, water, Italian dressing mix-Set manually for 55 minutes

Once done, remove roast and shred.
