Quick Cooker Pinto Beans Vegetarian
Gather 1 lb pinto beans (rinsed), garlic and onion powder, cumin, paprika, pepper and salt.

Use Adjustable Measuring spoon, 1T cumin, 2T garlic pwdr, 2t onion pwdr, 1/2 t pepper, dash paprika.

Add all to the pot on top of the beans.

Add 6 cups of water or stock. Set to cook high pressure for 35 minutes.

After 25 minutes of natural pressure release. Add 1 t salt or more to taste.

Meal idea: salad with fajitas, avocado and tomatoes, yum!
