Let the fun begin!!

In the classic batter bowl, combine 1 1/2 cups of yellow cake mix

Add 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon and 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg

Add 2 tbsp of vegetable oil

1/2 cup of solid-packed pumpkin

For the cream cheese filing, add 1 pkg cream cheese, softened, 1/2 tbs of vanilla extract

1/3 cup of sugar

Place the quick cooker fluted cake pan on the wire stand and brush it with oil.

Pour 1/2 cup of pumpkin cake batter into the pan.

Spread it around evenly!

Add cream cheese filling over the cake.

Add remaining cake batter into the pan,

And spread it around evenly to cover.

Always add one cup of water to the Quick cooker!

Place fluted pan and rack in the Quick Cooker.

Select custom setting and adjust time to 20 minutes.

Almost done!! Add 3/4 cup of powdered sugar,

1 tbsp of milk and mix well!

Chop walnuts to your hearts desire!

Remove cake from the Quick Cooker and allow to cook for 10 minutes

Remove cake and place on a cooling rack

Cover with icing and walnuts and Voila!! The masterpiece is complete!! Enjoy!
