Cut 8 potatoes into cubes

Place potatoes into Quick Cooker

Add 1/2tsp salt

1 cup water

Close lid and set cooker to steam adjust time to 5 minutes

When timer goes off release steam and drain water

Cool potatoes 10 minutes in freezer or 30 minutes in refrigerator

Add 2 stalks celery, onions, 1/2 cup mayo, 2tbsp white vinegar, 1/4tsp Dijon mustard
