Quick Cooker Salmon With Lemon Butter Dill
We were lucky to have some fresh catch salmon from a friend! Note- fresh takes less time to cook.

Slice up onions, peppers and lemon. Use the Core and More to scoop out the pepper.

Coat salmon with Seasoning Salt, pepper and dill.

Use the Citrus Press to squeeze lemon on top. Add 1C water to Quick Cooker.

Place salmon skin side down on rack. Top with lemon and butter slices. Toss veggies in pot.

Set to sealing (make sure button is raised) on Fish/Seafood setting for 3 minutes.

Meanwhile in saucepan melt butter, dill and lemon.

Release steam by pushing button. Wait until all steam is released.

Open pot. Plate fish.

Top salmon with sauce from pan.

When plated, top salmon with parsley and rest of remaining juices in the pot. Surround with veggies.
