Quick Cooker Spinach & Artichoke Dip
1 jar (12 oz) of marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

1 pkg (10 oz) of frozen spinach

8 oz cream cheese, 1/2 cup vegetable stock, 1/4 tsp salt

2 cloves of garlic, pressed

Cook on Custom for 6 minutes

Manually release pressure, add in 4 oz sharp white cheddar & 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt

Stir until the cheese has all melted

Serve it in the Insulated Bowl to stay warm for up to 4 hours & enjoy!
