Quick Cooker Strawberry Cheesecake
Crust: 3/4c graham crumbs, 2T melted butter, 2T sugar. 2 pkgs cream cheese, 1T cornstarch, 1t vanilla, 2 eggs, 1/2c sugar. Beat to mix. 1c water to QC
Dessert setting, start! Natural release 10 min. Remove & cool 3 hrs or overnight
On sear, mix 2T water & 2T cornstarch. Add bag frozen strawberries, 1/2c sugar, 1t lemon juice. Heat 3-5 min. Add to small bowl to chill before serve
Slice, top with sauce, and enjoy!
