Quick Cooker-Steel Cut Oatmeal
Brush inner pot with canola oil.

Measure out 3 cups steel cut oats, 7 cups of water and 1/2 tsp salt (I do not add for low sodium diet)

Add steel cut oats

Add water and salt

Place lid on in lock position. Select whole grains, change time to 12 min. Press START.

When timer is up hit cancel to let steam release for 10 min

Hit the steam release button to release the remaining pressure. Let cook for 3-5 min.

Take the lid off and stir

Finish with your favorite toppings.
