Quick Lemon Garlic Hummus
Ingredients: 1 can chickpeas or garbanzo beans Large lemon Garlic cloves Salt Extra virgin olive oil Tahini Reserved liquid from chickpeas
Add the chickpeas to a food processor or blender, along with lemon, garlic & salt.
Pour in olive oil, tahini and reserved liquid from chickpea can.
Blend or pulse until smooth.
Top with more olive oil, garlic & smoked paprika.
Enjoy with your favorite chips or veggies!
