Quick Pasta Sauce With Arugula & Spinach
2 cups
Arugula
2 cups
Spinach
2 Tbsp
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
2 Garlic Cloves
Canned Tomatoes
Basil Leaves
1/2 Diced Onion
Salt, Pepper & Chili Flakes
Wash the arugula & spinach and spin dry

Get the ingredients prepped

Sauté some onion & garlic (reserve half) in evoo for a few mins, then add the chopped greens

After sautéing the greens for several mins, remove from pan and set aside

Get the tomatoes ready to cook!

Sauté some more onion & garlic and add in the tomatoes

Add seasonings and fresh basil

Add back the cooked greens

Let it simmer for 10-15 mins & it’s ready!
