Preheat the oven to 220°C. Peel the potatoes and wash them.
With a mandolin, slice the potatoes finely
To a pan, add the sliced potatoes, sliced onion, plant-based milk, vegan cream and spices. Bring to a boil and simmer for 6 minutes, covered.
Transfer to a baking dish, top it with vegan cheese and bake uncovered for 15 minutes
And it is done!
