Quick Whole Wheat Bread
Add flour, yeast, brown sugar and butter. Stream in water and mix on low speed.

Add more flour until the dough forms into a ball.

Knead for 10 minutes on low speed. Oil a bowl and place the dough in the bowl to rise for 30 minutes

Place in a 9x5 loaf pan Brush olive oil with and sprinkle with coarse salt let rise for another 30.

Bake at 450 for 10 minutes lower the temperature to 350 and bake for another 25-30 minutes. Enjoy!
