Quinoa Cauliflower Veggie Burgers (GF)

Simply Swapped Everyday Cookbook
Heat sauté pan on medium heat. Add olive oil and onion. Sauté for 5 minutes, until translucent.
Add cauliflower rice, garlic, spices, quinoa and walnuts. Sauté to toast, stirring frequently.
Transfer the mix to a bowl and add almond meal, ground flaxseed and tahini. Stir to combine.
Add to the bowl and stir to combine.
Wet your hands to prevent mix from sticking. Form into burger patties using a 1/3 cup measuring cup.
Repeat until mix is gone. You should get 6 total. Bake at 375F for 30 minutes, flipping halfway.
