Quinoa Lentil & Kale Lunch Bowl
Add rinsed quinoa in a big pot of boiling water (no measurements needed)

Add lentils at the same time for efficiency

Boil them together as if they were pasta. Taste after 15-20 min

In the meantime prep some kale - I like to cut thinly

Make some dressing. I thinned out tahini with some fresh lemon juice + salt.

Drain. Add some frozen cooked edamame for extra protein.

Combine it all. Heat from grains will soften kale.

Add dressing and nuts (almonds, pepitas).
