You will need lots of parsley, cooked quinoa, green onions, peppers, tomatoes, lemon and spices

Start by dicing the peppers

Chop the green onions

Chop the parsley really small

Dice the tomatoes and add all the veggies to the cooked quinoa, together with spices and mint.
