Shred trimmed radishes using our adjustable grater

Add shredded radishes to a bowl and squeeze out extra moisture with a dish towel or cheese cloth

In a large skillet, add 4 tablespoons of oil olive and sauté radishes for 20-30 mins until golden.

Add radish hash to a bowl. Add a whisked egg, salt & pepper. Form pancakes, add back to pan 3-5 mins
