Raisin Walnut Coffee Cake- Family Traditions
Let’s Bake! Preheat your oven to 350°
What you’ll need:
In a small bowl, mix together 2 cups flour, 1 tsp baking soda, and 1 tsp baking powder, set aside

In a large bowl whisk together 1 stick butter, 1 cup sugar, 1 tsp and 2 eggs

Whisk in 1 cup sour cream

Stir in your flour mixture slowly

Stir 1 cup of raisins and/or walnuts

Mix together 3 Tsps sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon

Spray your bundt pan with oil or spray, scoop in half of the batter, then your cinnamon sugar, then the rest of your batter

Bake at 350° for 40 minutes or until it springs back on top and a cake tester comes out clean. Cool on cooling rack for 10 minutes in pan

After 10 minutes use a cake tester to gently loosen around the edges then turn out on to platter or cake base
