Ranch Chicken Meatballs (keto & gluten free)
Prepare your ingredients before you begin. Preheat oven to 400F.
Combine 1lb. ground chicken, 3/4 C almond flour, 2T Ranch seasoning, and an egg in a bowl.
Form 24 1-inch meatballs and place on a baking sheet. Bake 20-25 minutes.
